Varchive is owned and operated by Cameron Moll LLC. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Varchive.
Varchive operates as a curated platform where users may browse featured products, submit their own work for editorial review, subscribe to our newsletter, and contact us with inquiries. The site is provided as a service for the community of creators working with AI-assisted development tools.
User Submissions and Content Rights
When you submit a product through our submission form, you provide information including the product title, URL, description, your name, your contact email address, details about AI tools used in development, visual assets (images or videos), the product category, and an assessment of AI’s contribution level. All submissions are subject to editorial review by Varchive. We maintain sole discretion to accept or reject any submission based on our standards for design, content, and engineering quality. Not all submissions will be accepted for publication. If your submission is approved, we will notify you via email.
By submitting content to Varchive, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful, that you possess the necessary rights to submit the content, that your submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, that the content does not contain malicious code or harmful components, and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, use automated tools or bots to access the site, attempt to circumvent security measures, impersonate other persons or entities, or interfere with the site’s functionality.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Varchive. However, by submitting content, you grant Varchive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the site, to modify or adapt your content for display purposes (including resizing images, optimizing videos, cropping, or framing with background images), and to use your product information in materials promoting Varchive. This license is necessary for us to feature your work in the directory. All other content on Varchive, including the site design, layout, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Varchive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If your product is featured, you are granted permission to use official “Featured on Varchive” badges on your website or in promotional materials.
We reserve the right to remove any submitted content from the site at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to quality concerns, violations of these terms, receipt of legal complaints, discovery of intellectual property infringement, or technical maintenance requirements. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site without prior notice.
Privacy and Data Collection
Varchive collects minimal personal information necessary to operate the submission and newsletter features. This includes contact email addresses, creator names and URLs, product information as you provide it, and uploaded visual assets. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the site, such as with our email service provider (Resend), hosting provider (Vercel), and asset storage service (Cloudflare R2). These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. By submitting a product, you consent to receive email communications regarding your submission, including confirmation, approval status, and any questions from our editorial team. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic updates about featured products and Varchive news, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Varchive does not guarantee or warrant the security, safety, quality, or availability of any products featured in the directory. Given that AI-assisted creation may carry elevated risks of vulnerabilities, users access and use featured products entirely at their own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, functionality, or practices of any third-party websites or products featured in our directory. The site contains links to external websites that we do not control.
The site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that information will be accurate or reliable, or that any defects will be corrected. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information submitted to or accessed through the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varchive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the site or reliance on featured products. Our total liability for any claims related to these terms or the site shall not exceed $100 USD.
